I didn't receive an email confirming my order
Please check your SPAM folder. Every order is comfirmed via email from email@example.com
We take Christmas Holidays too! We match up as best we can with the courier company we use so between 23rd December 2020 and 4th January 2021 inclusive we are not accepting Balloon in the Box orders for delivery.
How far ahead can I place my order?
We recommend planning as far ahead as you can, especially during busy times of the year such as Christmas, Valentines Day etc. We have a limit to the number of orders we can process daily so be sure you get a delivery space book in plenty of time!
How do I know when my Balloon is sent?
We send you an email the minute your balloon has been collected by the courier. Please check your spam before contacting us.
We send your balloon with a courier company between 1-3 days before the date you have chosen. We work with the courier company to ensure we send your balloon so it arrives on the date you picked.
Unfortunately due to Covid 19 there is a chance that your balloon may arrive a day early or late. The courier companies are under a lot of pressure and we all appreciate your understanding.
Ordering more than one Balloon in a Box for delivery
Please place a separate order and select a date on each Balloon in the Box delivery.
This enables us to simply track and organise the orders and it makes us more efficient!
